Explain all the option of Ms Word Illustrations group ?

An Illustrations group be have Discuss all the option like how to insert pictures , shapes , create a smartArt , create a data using Chart.etc.

Some option of a Illustrations group :-

Pictures

This option is used to insert a images from your memory in your document of ms word.

1. Go to insert tab
2. Click on Pictures option .
3. Choose your option "this device or online picuter".
4. Choose your picture and insert on your page.

shapes

This option is used to insert a different and different type of shapes which you want. shape is also helpes used to doing a project and many more.

1. Go to insert tab
2. Click on shape option .
3. Choose your shape and click on it.
4. Go to your document and click where you want a shapes .
5. hold a Left click and drag your mouse.

SmartArt

SmartArt allows you to visually communicate information rather than simply using text.a SmartArt graphic can be created and added to document.You create one by choosing a layout that fits your message.

1. Click on insert tab.
2. Go to smartArt option and click on it.



3. Choose your layout and click on it.

Chart

1. Click on insert tab.
2. Go to Chart option and click on it.



3. Choose your chart layout.
4. After click on layout your excel sheet was open.



5. Create your data on excel sheet your chart was created on you Page.
