MS word- New Comment


New Comment is used to add a comment on a selected word and be will put many comment in document .

  1. Click on Review tab.
  2. Select the word.
  3. Click on " New comments" option.
  4. Then write your comment on a selected word box.

This option is used to delete the comments in our document.

MS word- Previous


This option is used to Check tha previous comments in a document.

MS word - Next


This option is used to check next comments in a document .

This option is see all the comments along the side of the document .
